Ms. Vines is a specialist in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and families, including play therapy and attachment therapy. She graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, as well as her Bachelor's Degree. She is actively pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is also a graduate of Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ms. Vines is licensed by the State of Tennessee as a Clinical Social Worker and she has 15 years experience working in the field of mental health and counseling with children and families. She has 9 years experience evaluating and testifying as an expert witness in child abuse and child custody cases in the courts in Tennessee, Georgia, and Indiana.
Ms. Vines was the inaugural recipient of the Counselor of the Year award at Centerstone Mental Health for her work in school-based counseling with adolescents. She is the author of H.O.P.E. Parenting (Hands-On Parenting Education), as well as articles on Early Onset Bipolar Disorder and the Physical, Emotional, and Sexual Abuse of Children. She is currently working on books entitled "Taming the Lions, Unleashing the Lambs" and "The Enigma of the Burden-Bearer".
Ms. Vines is a Co-founder of Healing Hearts of TN and currently serves as the Clinical Director and Co-Executive Director.
